Tranquilene Review and Summary

Introduction

The supplement ‘Tranquilene’, has been advertised as a stress, relief, and anxiety management for those suffering from those ailments. The product boasts that it helps to remedy several problems that are related to anxiety and lists out how it’s product does a superior job at doing so. The product manufacturer states that they devised the supplement specifically with the intentions of eliminating anxiety. Tranquilene is a natural, herbal formula that is backed by ‘hundreds of hours of PhD level research’. They also boast over 15 ‘extraordinary ingredients’ as well that, have been investigated by the PhDs that have spent hundreds of hour poring over ingredients that they would like to include within the supplement.

What are in These Pills?

However, despite all of the fantastic claims, we decided to go to the heart of the matter and inspect the ingredients directly before delivering our assessment on its effectiveness. In order to figure out what the ingredients are in this supplement, we decided to go directly to the manufacturer’s website. The supplement appears to contain the ingredients; Passion Flower, Tryptophan, GABA, L-Theanine, Brahmi (BacopaMonnieri), Ashwagandha (root), B-Complex Vitamins [B-1, B-3, B-6, B-12, and B-5], green tea extract, niacin, magnesium, calcium, and gelatin.

We will not waste space in this review to go over any of the vitamins or the minerals because their efficacy in overall health is beyond proven. However, we will look at the other key ingredients that may not be so clear in their effects:

Passion Flower – This is a plant that has long-since been used in all sorts of medications. It has been used to successfully treat anxiety, insomnia, and other ailments.1

Tryptophan – This substance is an amino acid that is located in a broad array of foods that we commonly eat. The benefit of taking Tryptophan directly is that fights against insomnia, depression, anxiety, and other forms of pain that may occur.2

GABA – GABA, also known as Gamma-Aminobutryic Acid, is another chemical that is produced by the brain that has been synthesized for production in this supplement. It is well known that this substance, when administered, is effective at releasing anxiety and improving overall mood.3

Ashwagandha – The Ashwagandha root is an extract whose anxiety-relieving properties have been well documented by scientific evidence. It, too, is highly effective at eliminating the anxiety and promoting a more peaceful sense of being.4

Product Review

Based on the analysis of this product, it seems that this supplement is the ‘real deal’. It features a key mix of ingredients that all have a proven efficacy through scientific research and personal use that seems to corroborate the idea that this supplement would do what it claims to accomplish. There is no doubt that this supplement is one of the better ones that are available on the market today and if you’re suffering from anxiety, this may be the best choice for you to make.
